PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

• Maintain database for key equipment break down by duration and frequency, as a tool to predict possible breakdowns
• Assimilate information from operators and shift mechanics
• Regular communication with Mechanics and Production Team Leader and document equipment audits

PARTS/SUPPLIES INVENTORY PROGRAM

• Maintain parts inventory data base. Track all parts as they relate to the machinery (track for parts, costing and efficiency), including periodic physical counts as necessary
• Issue Purchase Orders for replenishment of parts & repairs
• Contact Suppliers to optimize availability of parts and services
• Ensure parts are delivered in time and received in good orders
• Order plant supplies/inventory

REPORTING AND ANALYSIS

Monthly reports on maintenance spending and ordering
Track costs of parts including historical data for each department as it relates to Maintenance

CO-ORDINATION OF REPAIR WORK

Coordinate with outside contractors for repair schedule/budget
Ensure that work is done to our satisfaction and relevant exit reports are received
MAINTAINING SOP AND TRAINING RECORDS TO MAINTENANCE STAFF
